Family owned and operated farm dedicated to producing high quality crops and building lasting relationships
We grow seed
soybeans, grain corn and winter wheat using conventional practices.
We are open to all partnership opportunities; share-cropping, renting or other agreements.
We offer tillage, planting, harvesting and tree trimming services.
Jim and Scott are excited to announce that they are diversifying their business by adding a broiler (chicken) barn to the farm. The barn construction is currently 75% complete, and chicks are set to arrive at the beginning of April 2020.
In 2019, 10 acres of land locked field were transitioned into a tree plantation. More than 4200 coniferous and deciduous trees were planted at the Buckland farm.
In 2015, we transitioned 2.5 acres of less productive land at the Collins farm into a tree plantation through a natural area restoration program.
In 2013, Norway Spruce trees were planted at the Collins and Polo Farms to create a living wind break to reduce erosion and promote healthy ecosystems by establishing wildlife corridors.
In 2019, we installed 3 berms at the Marcoux farm to reduce water erosion. The completed project will result in reduced soil particles and nutrients entering the waterway.
